We only deliver within the United Kingdom.

 

For items in stock, we usually dispatch within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment.

Delivery times are normally 2-3 working days for items in stock. You will receive a confirmation email once the item has been dispatched with approximate delivery times.

 

If items are not in stock, we aim to have them with you within 10 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the item has been dispatched with approximate delivery times.

 

Special order items will depend on delivery from manufacturer and we will contact you to confirm details.

All delivery times quoted are based on your goods leaving the warehouse, and NOT from time you place your order.

We can only deliver goods to an address that has a UK post code. If your required delivery address does not have a UK post code unfortunately we are unable to process the order.

 

All goods are delivered Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.

 

If you order a product that cannot be delivered in the times shown we will contact you to let you know and give you the opportunity to cancel or change your order.

 

 

For Normal Parcels
You will be e-mailed with the consignment number and carrier details so you can track your delivery on-line.

 

For Pallet/Bulky Parcels
You will be e-mailed with the carrier details and telephoned by the transport company directly to arrange a suitable time for delivery.

 

All Deliveries
The carriers will require a signature for the goods at the delivery address, so somebody needs to be there between 9.00 am and 6.00pm on the day of delivery.

 

If the delivery is to a communal building (e.g. a block of flats) you should be aware that, the carrier company drivers will not carry heavy loads on their own and they will need to see identification before leaving the goods. (This is to protect us from credit card fraud)
