Returns Policy

You should try to ensure as much as possible that the goods you order are suitable and correct. If you are unhappy with the order made, you have the right to cancel it within seven working days. This period runs from the day after the day of delivery for goods. If you wish to cancel your order and the item/s have already been dispatched, the goods must be returned unused, in the original packaging (undamaged) and must include the delivery note within 14 days of receiving them. Please ensure that the goods are sent securely as goods that are received damaged or cannot be re-sold will not be eligible for a refund. You may exchange the goods for item/s of equivalent value, choose an item of higher value which we can give you credit against or we will refund you for the item, less the actual delivery cost (this is not necessarily the cost charged on the invoice and could actually be up to £100) and a re-stocking charge of 10% of the order value. If an order is cancelled and you would like a refund, your money will be refunded within 30 days. It is your responsibility to look after the goods if an order is cancelled. If the goods are not returned to us we will charge with the direct costs of recovery.

In the case that goods are faulty, bargainplumbingshop.co.uk will pay for its return if this is possible. We will arrange for it to be collected and replace the item. With some items such as boilers there are manufacturers guarantees that include faults so repairs are possible. If you have a faulty item please email us at sales@bargainplumbingshop.co.uk and we will decide what action to take.

Special order items will not be accepted for return (Note:- If an item is special order it will be stated clearly on the item description).

Damaged goods are not covered by this policy. If an item is received damaged please notify us as soon as it is received and the item will be replaced or a decision will be agreed upon about the item.
